Brace yourself for an emerging style of interactive game known as "interactive fiction" (Hayes-Roth and Doyle, 1998; Laird and van Lent, 2001). This genre uses storytelling and user interface to create a lesson conducive environment for students. When incorporating animations, screen design, and audio elements, interactive fiction falls under the umbrella of multimedia education, as well as extends its potential.

--You have been asked to lead your current cohort team through a labyrinth that is riddled with dangerous beasts. Fortunately, these beasts share the exact same characteristics as those that you have already encountered virtually during the program. This means they are bound by rules of the 'elemental wheel'. Use your knowledge of the wheel and your knowledge of your team to answer questions while making choices that decide your fate as a leader and as a team.
--Two players will take turns progressing through the game. If, for any reason, one of the players chooses to *Escape and Reasses*, then it becomes the other player's turn to progress through the game.
--Players are to keep score using pen and paper.
--The player that completes the Labyrinth with the most points will be declared the winner.
--Timed questions are worth more points, but also receive higher penalties when answered incorrectly.
--If a player wishes to halt progress and begin a new attempt, choose *Escape and Reassess*. All points earned (and subtracted) will carry over into the new attempt.
